To the family of Tennis & Phyllis Goff. I work at the Mountain Statesman Newspaper in Grafton. I talked quite frequently with Phyllis-I always enjoyed talking with her. She talked highly of her children and her grandchildren. She always talked about what's she's cooking & where's she's going in an hour. My heart aches for the family. I've never met any of you, but just hearing Phyllis go on and on, I feel for all of you with your loss. Just felt the need to tell you. God Bless each of you.

The Rose Beyond the Wall A rose once grew where all could see, sheltered beside the garden wall, And as the days passed swiftly by, it's spread it's branches, straight and tall.. One day a beam of light shone through a crevice that had opened wide. The rose bent gently toward its warmth, then passed beyond to the other side.. Now, you who deeply feel its loss be comforted..the rose blooms there. It's beauty even greater now, Nurtured by God's own loving care. Love, Cindy, Suzann, Debbie and Kara.
