Obituary of Mary Rose Trickett

Mary Rose (Born) Trickett, 95, went to heaven on December 31,2021, at her home in Masontown. She was born February 16, 1926, at home, at 8:00 pm, a daughter of the late Edd Born Sr. and Nettie L. (Overfield) Born. She was child number 12 of 16. She worked for the Preston County School system for 15 years, 1973-1988. Mary Rose follows her late husband, James William "Jim" Trickett, to heaven. She is survived by one daughter, Linda Mitchell and husband Wallace "Tex"; two sons, Randy Trickett and wife Carolyn and Rick Trickett and wife Tara Jo; six grandchildren, Wallace "Mitch" Mitchell IV and wife Christina, Nicole Lawn and husband Merritt Lawn, Travis Trickett and wife Tiffany, Chance Trickett and wife Ashely and Clint Trickett and wife Kaylee and Randall Trickett and wife Hannah; 13 great grandchildren, Chandler, Cross, and Cash Lawn, Lilly, Mia, Max and Dylan Mitchell, Everly and Miles Trickett, Maverick, Camilla and Holden Trickett and Tristan Trickett and one sister, Dottie Jean Coulson. In addition to her husband, James, she was preceded in death by 14 siblings, Genevieve Trickett, Geraldine Trickett, Waneta Nuce, Harry Born, Glen Born, Jessie Didawick, Carl Born, Jacob Born, Eva Dell Wilhelm, Guy Born, Gerald Born, Dick Born, Bobby Born, and Edd Born Jr. Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown on Monday, January 3, 2022, from 4 – 8 pm and Tuesday, January 4, 2022, from 11 until the noon service with Pastor Wallace "Tex" Mitchell officiating.
