Obituary of Jordan Joseph Rohrer
Jordan J. Rohrer, 22, of Reedsville, passed away Monday, July 19, 2021.
He was born in Winchester, VA on October 22, 1998, a son of Patrick Rohrer and Lisa (Kantes) Rohrer of Reedsville.
Jordan was a loving son, brother, grandson, and friend. He was a 2017 graduate of Preston High School. Jordan was known to be gentle, kind, and fun. He loved to hike, swim, and boat. He proudly served in the US Navy until he was medically discharged.
In addition to his parents, Jordan is survived by his step mother, Miriam Sokoloff of PA; one sister, Morgan Rohrer; one brother, Trey Stemple; grandparents, Rose and Rick Sprouse of Fairmont, Joe and Linda Kantes of Gladesville, and Nancy and Skip Thomas of Masontown; two aunts, Angie Kantes and Teresa Kantes of Texas; two uncles, Trace Hall and Nathan Thomas; cousins, Austin, Alyssa, and Evan Ridenour, and Bethany and Kylee Hall, all of Texas; and a special family friend, Adam Kishman.
Jordan was preceded in death by his grandfather, Alvin Rohrer; great grandparents, Dalton Frey, Joseph Kantes, Sr., Mary Lou Kantes and Dollie Hall and one great uncle, Steven Frey.
Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown on Friday, July 23, 2021 from 11 am until the 1 pm service time. Interment will follow at the Gladesville Cemetery in Gladesville, WV.
Military rites will be conducted by the Preston County VFW Honor Guard.
