Obituary of Mildred Ealane Frazier

Mildred "Ealane" Tichnell Pike Remick Frazier, 78, of Kingwood, passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.

She was born in Preston County on January 20, 1943, a loving daughter of the late Harley Lewis and Maude Opal (Pratt) Tichnell.

Ealane was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. She was strong in her faith.

She is survived by two sons, Robert Allen Pike and wife Lillian Kay and Guy Martin Pike and wife Helen; four daughters, Nancy Rae Pike, Carolyn Kay Pike, Linda Diane Crowley and Melissa Belinda Laughman and husband Fred; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; one brother, Arnold Tichnell; three sisters, Betty Shrader, Pauline Kirchmar and Charlotte Little and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Ealane was preceded in death by one son, Everett Ray Pike; five brothers, Robert Tichnell, James Tichnell, Pharos McGinnis, Paul McGinnis and Roy (Jack) Tichnell and two sisters, Edna Hayes and Sarah Pike.

Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown on Saturday, June 19, 2021 from 4 – 8 pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at 2 pm. Interment will be in Pratt Cemetery in Newburg.
