Obituary of Kyra Jean Adams

Kyra Jean Adams, 12, of Morgantown, passed away Thursday, July 5, 2018, at Ruby Memorial Hospital from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born in Morgantown, on December 17, 2005, a daughter of Ricky Adams Jr of Reedsville and Crystal (Dalton) Adams of Morgantown. She was a very loving child that made everyone laugh and smile and lit up a room. She was a little mother hen and dearly loved her brother and sisters. She loved music and enjoyed snapchatting, playing Xbox and playing basketball with her sister. In addition to her parents, Kyra is survived by a brother, Vance Murray; two sisters, Evalena Adams and Nevaeh Murray; grandparents, Paul and Barbara Jean Dalton of Morgantown and Rick Sr. and Kim Adams of Reedsville and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from noon to 3 p.m. and then at the Word of Life Tabernacle Church in Morgantown from 6 p.m. Thursday until the 11 a.m. service time on Friday, July 13, 2018 with Rev. Elmer Nicholson and Rev. Donna Dalton officiating. Interment will follow in the Nicholson Chapel Cemetery in Morgantown. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Kyra's memory to the Field Funeral Home, 10537 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Masontown, WV 26542, to help the family with funeral expenses.
