Dillsworth, age 86, of Tunnelton, died Friday August 15, 2008, at Preston Memorial Hospital in Kingwood. He was born February 1, 1922 in the Salt Lick Community of Rowlesburg, a son of the late Dowl and Bertha Thomas Dillsworth. He was a coal miner at the Zuchowski Mines. He is survived by nine daughters and spouses; Genevieve Sigley and Joyce Beavers, of Reedsville, Carol and Rich Radabaugh of Kingwood, Linda and Roy Bolyard, Willavene and Jack Farley all of Tunnelton, Brenda and Doug Kelly of Albright, Debra and Scott Nicholson of Shenandoah, VA, Mary and Gary Street , Wanda and Roger Street all of Newburg; four sons and spouses, Robert Lee and Shirley Dillsworth of Reedsville, Ronald Dillsworth of Tunnelton, Roger and Betty Dillsworth of Morgantown, Gregory and Mandy Dillsworth of Masontown; a brother Robert Dillsworth of Terra Alta; a sister, Iva Dell Doman of Kingwood, 35 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and several great, great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Lucille Hixenbaugh Dillsworth on May 8, 1999; two daughters, Wilma Lantz and Rosalee Williams; three sons, Eugene Dillsworth, William Allen Dillsworth Sr. and Leonard Dillsworth; two brothers, Lawrence and Leonard Dillsworth. Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown on Sunday, August 17, 2008 from 5 - 9 pm. Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday, August, 18, 2008, at 1pm with the Rev. Ray Frankhouser and Rev. Kenny Turner officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery in Reedsville.
