Obituary of Nancy May Fletcher
Nancy May Fletcher, 60, of Eglon, WV, passed away Friday, December 11, 2015 at her home with her loving family by her side.
She was born in Winchester, VA on October 14, 1955, a daughter of the late Elmer James and Roxie Virginia (Radabaugh) Moats.
Nancy was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved playing games and cards. Nancy enjoyed the outdoors, especially camping, fishing and working in her garden.
Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Gregory Milton Fletcher; one daughter, Donna Moats of Eglon; two sons, Roy Helmick and wife Crystal of Masontown, PA, Christopher Helmick of Masontown, PA; three sisters, Judy Reckart of Greenboro, PA, Betty Schroyer of Waynesburg, PA, Emily Smalley of NC; one brother, Elmer Moats of Masontown, PA; ten grandchildren; one great grandson; one aunt, Nancy Radabaugh of Masontown, WV and her friend and caregiver, Stacy Holland of Eglon.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Tina Helmick; a brother, Jimmy Moats; two granddaughters; a sister, Virginia M. Everson and a son-in-law, Gregory Jerome Moats.
Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown on Sunday, December 13, 2015 from 4-8 p.m. and Monday, December 14, 2015 from 4-8 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the Mt. Zion Church in Masontown on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at 1 p.m. with Pastor Stanley Waybright officiating.
Interment will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Masontown.
