Obituary of Elaine Edna Sypolt

Elaine Edna Sypolt, 68, of Masontown, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2015 at home. Elaine was born in Cumberland, MD on February 5, 1947, a daughter of the late Charles and Edna (Frazee) Frantz. She was a loving mother and wife. She worked for over 20 years for Street's Store in Masontown where she enjoyed helping her customers. She attended the Calvary Baptist Church in Masontown. Elaine is survived by a son, Gary DeWitt of Masontown, a step son, Audra Sypolt of Terra Alta; a brother, Charles Frantz Jr. and wife Inetta of SC; two nieces, Donna Kemphfer of Oakland, MD and Consueloe Frantz of SC; two nephews, Bill Frantz of Terra Alta and Brian Frantz of SC and several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. She was preceded in death by her husband Clifford Sypolt and one brother, James Frantz. Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown on Monday, December 14, 2015 from 5 - 8 p.m. and Tuesday, December 15, 2015 from noon until the 1 p.m. service time with Pastor Terry Hagedorn.
