Obituary of Joseph Padovini

Joseph A. Padovini, Jr., 60, of Morgantown passed away Thursday, July 17, 2014, at Mapleshire Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Morgantown following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Morgantown, WV, on March 23, 1954, a son of the late Antonia Maria (Barr) and Joseph A. Padovini, Sr. Joseph was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. He worked for Monongalia General Hospital and retired from Consol Coal Company. He is survived by his loving wife, Dianna; a daughter, Joanna and her daughter Bella of Belpre, OH ; a son, Brian and his wife Sherri and their son Evan of Cumberland, MD; two sisters, Teresa Lantz and husband William of Reedsville and Mary Padovini and husband Jay McKeown of Reedsville; a sister-in-law, Barb Padovini; father-in-law, Raymond Wagner and two nephews, Brent and Trevor Lantz and their families. Joseph was preceded in death by his brother, Vincent Padovini, and his mother-in-law, Nellie Wagner. Viewing will be at the Field Funeral Home on Friday, July 18, 2014 from 5-8 p.m. and Saturday, July 19, 2014 from 11 am until 1 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 1 p.m. with Rev.
