Obituary of Leolla Louk

Leolla "Poo" "Lee" Dell Louk, 68, of Morgantown, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2014. She was born in Uniontown, PA on January 28, 1946, a daughter of Heilda Pauline (Plum) Friend of Arthurdale and the late Webster Jack Teets. She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Leolla was retired from being a home health care aide. She enjoyed flowers and flower gardens. Leolla was a friend to all and would do anything for anyone. She was also an animal lover. In addition to her mother, Leolla is survived by three daughters, Janice Albright and husband Eddie of Masontown, Wanda Bolyard and husband John of Reedsville and Ellen Hoffman and husband Jeff of Terra Alta; two sons, James Louk and wife Stephanie of Morgantown and Donald Allen Louk of Newburg; two step-daughters, Jennifer Smith and husband Howard and Cyndee Hooten all of Morgantown; her companion, David Hooten; eight grandchildren, Samantha, Lacey, Nicholas, Felisha, Shelbe, Ryan, Rebecca and Andrew, two great grandchildren, Nevaeh and Alexis; a half sister, Betty Lou Chapman of Garrett County, MD and a special pet, BoBo. She is preceded in death by one brother, Tony Shears. Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown on Thursday, March 27, 2014 from 2-8 p.m. Services will be held at the funeral home on Friday, March 28, 2014 at 1 p.m. with Pastor Dan Meadows officiating. To honor Leolla's wishes cremation services will be provided. Inurnment will take place at a future date at Shays Chapel Cemetery.
