Obituary of Virginia Nedrow

Virginia H. Nedrow, 84, of Kingwood, passed away Monday, February 3, 2014, at Heartland of Preston County. She was born in Herring, on March 8, 1929, a daughter of the late Pearl (Groves) and Glenn Nicholson. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. Virginia was a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. She enjoyed crocheting and working word searches. Virginia is survived by one son, Allen Nedrow and wife Janet of Kingwood; two sisters, Violet Jenkins of Masontown and Judy Titchnell of VA; three grandchildren, Janice Hileman and husband Marvin, Laura Livengood and husband Eric and Jamie Nedrow and partner Kelly Street; two step grandchildren, Miranda Cottrell and Courtney Calp and four great grandchildren, Trent and Curtis Hileman, Matthew Livengood and Madison Nedrow. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Delbert Carl Nedrow and one brother, Howard Nicholson. Friends may call the Field Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 5, 2014 from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m.. Services will be held at the Field Funeral Home on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at 1 p.m. with Pastor Michael Herriman officiating. Interment will follow at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
