Obituary of Elizabeth Dodson

Elizabeth Alice Burgee Dodson, 53, of Masontown, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 16, 2012. Elizabeth was born September 16, 1959 in San Francisco, CA to LeAtta Turner Burgee and James Brown Burgee, Jr. She was a dedicated long term care nurse for over 20 years. She loved spending time with her family. She is survived by one daughter, Jeannie Ringer and husband Mark of Masontown, WV; one son, Brandon Gamble of Fredericksburg, VA; one sister, Debbie Stull and husband Brian of Kingwood, WV; one brother, James Burgee III of Morgantown, WV; two adoring grandchildren, Destinney and Anthony Ringer; her best friend and companion, Brad Gamble; her faithful dog, Lucy and many other friends and family members. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Michael Todd Dodson and her parents. Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown Friday, October 19, 2012 from 6 pm to 8 pm and Saturday, October 20, 2012 from 11 am until the 1 pm service time with Pastor Marshall Woods officiating.
