Obituary of Jean King

Jean Rae King, 69, of Reedsville passed away Sunday, July 22, 2012, at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born in Fairmont on June 10, 1943. Jean was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. She is survived by a son, Roger King of Reedsville, WV; five daughters, Sheila King of Georgia, Candy Hixon of Uniontown, PA, Honey King of Carmichaels, PA, Tara King of Uniontown, PA, Laura Sova and husband Ronald of Reedsville, WV; eight grandchildren, Gina, Becky, Jimmy, Buddy, Tasha, Becky, Anthony and Melissa; eight great grandchildren; her ex-husband, Robert C. King of Uniontown, PA; a sister, Shirley Bowman of PA and two brothers, Richard and Bobby Bowman, both of PA. She was preceded in death by two sisters. Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home Thursday, July 26, 2012 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Services will be held at the Field Funeral Home Friday, July 27, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. To honor Ms. King's wishes cremations services will be provided by Field Funeral Home.
