Richard Zinn Viewing times: Sunday June 15, 2008 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral time: 11 a.m. Monday June 16, 2008 at the funeral home Burial location: cremation to follow Notes: Richard Lee Zinn, 73, of Masontown, died Saturday June 14, 2008 at the Abors of Fairmont Nursing Home, after a long battle with cancer. He was born January 19, 1935 in Masontown, a son of the late Clarence and Nellie Hawkins Zinn. After retiring, he enjoyed working with Tim Trader and the other employees at Tim’s Tire Trader in Masontown. Richard will be sadly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Mildred Lawrence Dixon Zinn, three daughters, Patty Zinn, Kathy Zinn Ratclift, both of Virginia, and Kim Zinn of South Carolina; two sons; Randy Lee Zinn and wife Carrie of Independence, and David Zinn of Charles Town, WV , one step daughter, Loretta Dixon of Masontown; one step, Robert Dixon and spouse Carol of Kingwood; several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son, Roger Zinn; one sister, Ada Mae Taylor; and two brothers, Paul Zinn, and Raymond Zinn. Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown on Sunday June 15, 2008 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday June 16, 2008 at the Funeral Home with the Rev.
