Dora Turner Viewing times: Saturday August 26, 2006 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Funeral time: Saturday August 26, 2006 3 p.m. Notes: Dora May Rogers Turner, 75, of Arthurdale, WV, loving mother of Peggy Mae, Karen Faye, and Sandra Kay, died August 24, 2006 at Windy Hill Manor in Kingwood. She was born March 31, 1931, in Rowlesburg , the daughter of the late William Andrew Rogers and Emily E. Hartsell Rogers. She retired from the Pittsburgh Valve Division of Sterling Faucet in Reedsville and Sabraton. She was a member of the Steelworkers Union AFLCIO Local 6214. She is survived by three daughters and spouses, Peggy Mae and James Savage of Arthurdale, Karen Faye and Darrell Shaffer and Sandra Kay and Dennis Shaffer, both of Masontown; a brother and spouse, Gay and Mary Rogers of Parkersburg; two sisters, Gladys Willis Stone of Gladesville and Leona Wilson of Granttown,WV; six grandchildren, Larry Nicholson, Julia Bolyard, J.D. Shaffer, Anita Jennings, Michelle Bucklew, and Denise Boyers; eleven great-grandchildren, Brittany Nicholson, Fallon Nicholson, Alexis Bolyard, Nathan Savage, Ashley Savage, Ashley White, Lucas Jennings, Jacob Jennings, Brooke Bucklew, Rodney Bucklew, and Nathaniel Boyers. She was preceded in death by her brother, Bud Rogers, three sisters; twin sister, Dona West, Minnie Watkins and Dorothy Rogers; a grandson, Eric Leon Shaffer and an infant grandson, Nathan Gene Shaffer. Friends will be received at the Field Funeral Home, Saturday, August 26, 2006 from 11 am until the 3 pm service time with Rev. Barney Snowden officiating. Inurnment will follow at the Arthurdale Cemetery at the family‘s convenience. Memorial Donations may be made in her memory to Hospice Care, P.O.
