Harold Leroy Trickett Family contact: Anna Trickett Viewing times: Saturday, March 22, 2008 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and Sunday, March 23, 2008 from 6-8 p.m. Funeral time: Monday, March 24, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. Burial location: WV National Cemetery Notes: Harold Leroy Trickett, age 81, of Masontown, WV, passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born on February 22, 1927, in Bretz, WV, a son of the late Harold & Arzella Shaffer Trickett. He worked as an Equipment Operator for Jack Boyles, Richard Mining, and retired from the Preston County Board of Education. He served in the United States Navy during WWII and attended the Masontown Baptist Church. He was survived by his wife of 57 years, Anna Wigley Trickett; two daughters, Carol Lee and husband David of Fort Worth, TX; Cindy Morel and husband Charles Sr. of Raleigh, NC; one son, Larry Trickett and wife Jill of Manteca, CA; six grandchildren, Siamon Trickett of Kansas, Jemma Roberts of Manteca, CA, Leslie Lee of Cincinnati, OH, Sean Morel of San Diego, CA, Lee Morel and Charles Morel, Jr. of Raleigh, NC and four great-grand children, Jeaden, Austin, Brandon and Raleigh. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, James Herbert Trickett. Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home on Saturday, March 22, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Sunday, March 23, 2008 from 6-8 p.m. Services will be held 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 24, 2008 at the funeral home with the Rev. David Spence officiating. Interment will follow at the WV National Cemetery in Pruntytown, WV where military rites will be conducted.
