Obituary of Sharon Teets

Sharon Kay Teets, 63, of Reedsville, passed away Monday, November 15, 2010 at Heartland of Preston County. She was born in Preston on June 24, 1947, a daughter of the late Nelson Menear and Dorothy Agnes Plum Menear Stone. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She had been a machine operator at M.O.W. in Westover, a division of Sterling Faucet. She is survived by her husband, Larry Teets; a son, Lynn Teets and wife Michelle of Parkersburg; a brother, Donald Plum and wife Mary and their son, Zachary of Gladesville; one grandson, Gavin Teets; one step-granddaughter, Jessica Roush; and several nieces, nephews and aunts. She was preceded in death by her step-father Oral Stone and a step-sister, Violet Pyles. Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Services will be held at 1pm, November 18, 2010 at the funeral home with Pastor William Winston officiating. Interment will follow at the Sunset Memorial Gardens in Kingwood.
