Obituary of Lloyd Nicholson

Lloyd Benjamin Nicholson, 66, of Morgantown, passed away on Friday, December 3, 2010 at Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown. He was born in Morgantown, WV on May 11, 1944, a son of the late Timothy M. and Anna C. McDonald Nicholson. He was employed by the West Virginia Universities in Morgantown for several years. He is survived by a son Timothy E. Nicholson and wife Kimberly of Clover, SC; five sisters Lillie Jenkins of Morgantown, Anna McMillen of Morgantown, Melvina Cutlip of Morgantown, Glenda Corob and husband William of Morgantown, and his twin sister Winnie Ruble and husband Charles of Aleppo, PA; one brother Eldon Nicholson and wife Louise of Manchester, TN; and one granddaughter Alexis Dawn Nicholson. He was preceded in death by one brother James Nicholson; one sister Etta Nicholson Shears; one granddaughter Taylor Ray Nicholson; and two brothers and one sister who died in infancy. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. May 14, 2011 at the Nicholson Chapel Church in Morgantown with the Rev. Kenny Reed officiating.
