Obituary of Mary McLaughlin

Mary Emilee McLaughlin, age 82, of Reedsville, passed away Wednesday, February 15, at Heartland of Preston County in Kingwood following a 40 year courageous battle with diabetes. She was born in Bethlehem, WV on December 10, 1929, a daughter of the late Truman and Lillian Cale Brown. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband Robert McLaughlin Sr.; two sons, Robert McLaughlin Jr. and wife Wendy of Arthurdale and Jeffrey McLaughlin of LaGrange, OH; one brother, Truman Brown Jr, of Taylors, SC; five grandchildren, Robert Wooley, Michael Wooley, Tonya Cruz, Stephen McLaughlin and Kyle McLaughlin; and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lillian McLaughlin. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery. The Field Funeral Home in Masontown is in charge of arrangements.
