Louk, 72, of Kingwood, died Thursday, November 2, 2006 at Preston Memorial Hospital. He was retired from the Ramada Inn in Morgantown and he was the caretaker of the Masontown Cemetery for many years. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Masontown. He was born, November 25, 1933, in Reedsville, WV, a son of the late Albert Clayton Louk and Lois Edna Sterling Louk. He is survived by his wife, Betty Bowmar Louk; a step son, John Albert Wolfe of Kingwood; three step-daughters and spouses, Kathy and Vaughn Boye, Patricia and Eugene Likens, and Rella Wolfe and companion Arthur DeBerry, all of Kingwood; two brothers, Donald Edward Louk of Kingwood and George Louk of Reedsville; two sisters, Delphia JoAnn Albert of Reedsville and Nancy Victoria Long of Phoenix, AZ; eleven step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews that he dearly loved. He is preceded in death by two infant brothers, James Clayton and Charles Louk; and a sister, Josephine Marie Fazenbaker. Friends will be received at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown, on Saturday, November 4, 2006 from 3 - 5 and 7 - 9 pm. Services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Masontown on Sunday, November 5, 2006 at 2 pm with Bishop Robert Bolyard officiating. Burial will follow at the Masontown Cemetery.
