Obituary of Dorothy Blosser

Dorothy Evleen Blosser, 78, of Bretz, WV passed away January 9, 2009 at Heartland of Preston County in Kingwood, WV. She was born June 21, 1930 in Gladesville, WV, the daughter of the late Oris Glenn Scheuvront and Ortha Gay Hovatter Scheuvront Calico. Dorothy resided in Preston County most of her life. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Masontown. She is survived by one daughter, Susan Martin and spouse Gary of Gladesville; one son, Richard Blosser and spouse Debbie of Oswego, OK; two sisters, Barbara Glass of Reedsville and Edith Saco of Ohio; eleven grandchildren and many great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arlin L. Blosser, who passed away on December 3, 2007, one daughter, Betty Jean Simms; three sons, Arlin Blosser Jr., Steve Blosser, and Robert John Blosser; Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home on Sunday January 11, 2009 from 3-6 pm. Services will be held 2pm Monday, January 12, 2009 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Masontown with Bishop Robert Bolyard officiating.
