Obituary of Angela Potter
Angela Ann Potter, 60, of Arthurdale, WV, passed away Friday, December 13, 2024, at Kingwood Healthcare Center in Kingwood.
She was born in Huntington, WV on November 16, 1964, a daughter of the late Edward L. Hoffman and Mary Ann (Henderson) Hoffman.
Angela enjoyed taking care of people and worked as a CNA for 15 years. She loved the beach. Above all she loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by two daughters, Stacy McGinnis and husband Calvin and Chrissie Pauley, all of Arthurdale; four grandchildren, Ashlynn McGinnis, Hayden Pauley, Nova Pauley and Arno Pauley; one sister, Laura Lee Pauley of Charleston; a half-sister, Jacqueline Lynn Nelson of Maine; a half-brother, Robert Joel Hoffman of Charlotte; her cousins, which she thought of as siblings, Nannette Sampson, Dennis Lee Spaur and Tammy Kay Houchin and her nieces and nephews, Montella R. Atkins and husband Darrin Jr. and their children Presley, Olivia and Kenadee; Nathanial Hoffman Pauley and wife Kendra and their children, Killian and Freya; and Shazia Lynne Moulton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a half-sister, Constance Deanne Hoffman and cousins, which she thought of as a siblings, Annette Spaur and Rebecca L. Spaur.
To honor her wishes, cremation services have been entrusted to the Field Funeral Home in Masontown.
