Obituary of Mary Lou Miller

Mary Lou Miller, 79, of Albright, WV, passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at home with family by her side. She was born in Uniontown, PA, on May 18, 1945, a daughter of the late George Smith and Gladys Merle Wilson. Mary worked for the Preston County Senior Center as a healthcare aide for over 20 years. She loved flowers, gardening, and canning. She enjoyed going to church and bird watching. Most of all, Mary loved her family. Mary is survived by her daughter, Helen DeWitt and husband, Junior; sons, Paul Miller, Jr. and wife, Cindy, and Dale Miller and wife, Angela; brothers, Cecil Smith, Harry Smith, and Paul Smith; sisters, Betty Lou Smith, Ella McCourt, and Dora Brownfield; 13 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren,1 great-great grandchild. In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by her loving husband Paul Miller, Sr.; son, Donald Smith; grandson, Jessie Miller, and several brothers and sisters. Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown, WV, on Friday, July 19, 2024, from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm and on Saturday, July 20, 2024, from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am time of service with Rev.
