Obituary of Toni Hardesty

Toni Nanette (Turner) Hardesty, 53, of Arthurdale, WV passed away April 15, 2015. She was born April 24, 1961 in Stuttgart, Germany a daughter of Alex "Buck" and Shirley (Wolfe) Turner of Masontown. Toni was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and daughter. She was an LPN by trade and an avid member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post #1589 in Masontown. She was a loving and caring person who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. In addition to her parents Toni is survived by her loving husband, George E. Hardesty of Arthurdale, one son, William "Gus" Hardesty and companion Stephanie Petsko of Kingwood, one daughter, Cieira (Hardesty) Metts and husband Tyler of Smock, PA, one granddaughter, Jada "Jim" Metts; one grandhog, Lucy; one granddog, Denali, two step daughters, Cristal Christopher of Arthurdale and Carole Hardesty of Fellowsville; a sister, Tammy Clark and companion Brian of Morgantown; a brother Brian Turner and wife Mary of Reedsville; a sister, Kim Stone of Reedsville; and many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, step-grandchildren and step great grandchildren and in-laws. She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Fred and Pluma Turner; maternal grandparents, Charles and Lucy Wolfe; a sister, Robin Lynn Turner and grandhog, LuLu. Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown on Friday, April 17, 2015 from 2-4p.m. and 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, April 18, 2015 from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. service time with Rev G.E.
