Obituary of Lisa Pyles

Lisa Michelle (Berry) Pyles, 47, of Reedsville, formerly of Smithville, TN, passed away unexpectedly at her home, Friday, December 27, 2013. She was born September 8, 1966, in Kemmerer, Wyoming, a daughter of the late Dale B. and Eileen S. Berry of Independence, who survive her. Lisa grew up in Preston County. She was a full-time homemaker who loved her two daughters and was an excellent cook. She enjoyed spending time with friends, classic rock music, watching the Dallas Cowboys and family trips to the Great Smoky Mountains. She will always be remembered for her sunny smile and carefree personality. She is survived by two daughters, Destinee Cheyenne Pyles of Reedsville and Emilee Raychel Pyles of Independence; three sisters, Daleen Berry and Elizabeth Bartolo, both of Morgantown and Rebekah Tasker of Independence; one brother, John Berry of Erie, Pa.; several nieces and nephews and her ex-husband, Robert "BJ" Pyles, Jr. of Independence. Friends may call at Field Funeral Home in Masontown Tuesday, December 31, 2013, from 2 p.m. until the 4 p.m. service time . A private burial will be held at a later time at the family's cemetery in Jackson County. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Field Funeral Home, 10537 Veterans Memorial Highway, Masontown, WV 26542, to help with funeral expenses.
