Obituary of Clara Nedrow

Clara Lucille Nedrow, 94, of Masontown, passed away on September 5, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on July 27, 1919 in Cuzzart, WV, a daughter of the late Isaac Benjamin Reckart and Olive Alberta Rodeheaver. Clara was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting and embroidery. Clara also enjoyed traveling. She was loved by everyone. She is survived by her son, James Edward Nedrow and wife Ruth Ann of Shinnston; daughter, Linda Hermanson and her late husband Phillip of Vineland, NJ; two grandchildren, David Hermanson and wife Leasa of Vineland, NJ and Kathleen Nedrow Fedyszen and husband Joseph of Dallas, TX; two great grandchildren, Alexander and Aili Hermanson of Vineland, NJ and several nieces and nephews. Clara was the last surviving member of her family being preceded in death by her loving husband, Clarence Edward Nedrow; sisters, Beatrice Alberta Moon, Hazel Winifred Mahaffey, Madelene Cramer and Maxine Dalton; brothers, Junior Ward Reckart, Benjamin Reckart and Darrell "Bub" Reckart. Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown on Saturday, September 7, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Services will be held at the Field Funeral Home on Sunday, September 8, 2013 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Clinton Adkins officiating.
