Obituary of Diane Klotzbaugh

Diane McDowell Klotzbaugh, 77 of Kingwood passed away December 13, 2015. Diane was born on July 4, 1938 in Pittsburgh, PA a daughter of the late James and Helen McDowell. Diane worked as a bookkeeper for Recreation Services in Annapolis, MD and for Northern Garrett High School in Accident, MD. She was an accomplished gourmet cook and baker who enjoyed spending time with her family as well as gardening and reading. Her survivors include her three daughters, Lisa Pinter of McHenry, MD, Loretta Jett of Accident, MD and Mabel Katherine DeBastiani of Kingwood, WV and her son Ralph Jonathan Klotzbaugh of Lee, NH. Diane is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; her sisters, Arlene Stiglic of Torrance, CA and Edith Goran of Miami, FL and her brother Norman McDowell of Pittsburgh, PA. She is preceded in death by her husband William Clatty Klotzbaugh. A private memorial service will be held at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown on Monday, December 21, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Marshall Woods officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the National Alzheimer's Association.
