Obituary of Colleen Adams

Colleen (Wilt) Adams, 67, of Newburg, passed away Friday, July 24, 2015 at home. She was born in Independence on June 3, 1948, a daughter of the late Carl and Ruth (Huffman) Wilt. Colleen was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister. She is survived by two daughters, Mary and husband Tony Adams of Reedsville and Amber Adams of Newburg; one son, Edwin Bub Adams, Jr. of Newburg; seven grandchildren, Johnna Goines and husband Jeremy, Anthony Adams, Kayla Adams, Keri Adams and companion Kyle Atwood, Craig Selders, Cody Adams, Gary Adams; four great grandchildren, Anthony Edwards, Aaron Adams, Kaia Atwood and Layla Goines; siblings, Glenda Zuchowski, Carl Wilt and wife Carla, Diane Shelton and husband Michael, Carol McCloy and Randy Wilt; son-in-law, Everett Selders and her extended family, Regina Nazarkewich and Michael Adams. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Adams Sr., one daughter, Sherri L. Selders; one son, Glen Adams and one sister, Barbara McDogal. Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home on Monday, July 27, 2015 from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. service time with Pastor Brian Long officiating.
