Joshua David King, 33, of Morgantown, WV, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital with family by his side.

He was born in Baltimore, MD on May 20, 1993, a son of the late Joseph King and Michelle Lea Sutton.

Josh was a loving son, brother, nephew and cousin. He was a graduate of the West Virginia School of the Deaf and the Blind. Josh had a love for trucks and lights. Some of his favorite movies and shows to watch were Maximum Overdrive, Convoy and Ice Road Truckers. He enjoyed playing farming simulation games and going fishing. Josh loved to help others, he mowed grass for several people in his community.

He is survived by his half-sister, Crystal Flinchen of Baltimore, MD; two uncles, John Sutton of Morgantown, WV and Daniel Sutton of Concord, NC and aunt, Julie Nutter of Morgantown, WV.

In addition to his parents Josh was preceded in death by his grandparents, Barbara Walters and John Sutton.

To honor Joshua's wishes, there will be no public services and Field Funeral Home will provide professional and compassionate cremation services.
