Carolyn Jean "Nana" Rocca Obituary

Carolyn Jean “Nana” Rocca, 67, of Kingwood, WV, passed away Monday, April 6, 2026, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.


 


She was born in Cleveland, OH on March 30, 1959, a daughter of the late Harold E. and Freda (Hartman) Williams.


 


Carolyn was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She attended the Point Marion Apostolic Church for 40 years. Carolyn was a dedicated worker receiving an achievement award for her time and work ethic at WVU Hospital housekeeping. Carolyn had a heart of gold; she would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need. Her role as a grandmother brought her immense joy, and she cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren, who will forever carry her warmth and kindness in their hearts. She was devoted to spending time and making memories with them any chance she had. She will be remembered for her steadfast love and the countless ways she made life better for those around her. Her legacy lives on in the family she nurtured and the values she instilled.


 


Carolyn is survived by her beloved husband, Domenick Rocca; son, Brandon Rocca and companion, Savannah Linton; two grandchildren, Leia Rocca and Brandon Rocca Jr; her twin sister, Marilyn Martin; nephew, Josh Williams; and sister, April Boskovitch.


 


In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold Williams and John Williams.


 


To honor Carolyn’s wishes, professional and compassionate cremation services will be provided by the Field Funeral Home in Masontown, WV. There will be no visitation or service.
