Brian Keith Thomas, 61, of Bretz, passed away Friday, November 28, 2025, at his home.

He was born September 25, 1964, in Morgantown, WV, a son of the late Harry and Vivian (Gillispie) Thomas.

Brian was a loving husband, stepfather, grandfather, and brother. He enjoyed tinkering on just about anything, especially old electronics and cars. He always had something he was taking apart and putting back together.

Brian is survived by his wife of 43 years, Leeotie "Candy" (Drummond) Thomas; two sisters, Patricia Toothman of Arnettsville and LaVerna Thomas of Maidsville; two brothers, Jasper Thomas and wife Tanya of Bretz and Dennie Thomas and wife Terry of TN; stepson, Bobby Doman and Charlotte of Reedsville; two grandchildren, Makayla Shrout of Reedsville and Brent Doman of Bretz; sister-in-law, Rhonda Thomas; nieces and nephews, Jeremiah Toothman, Amanda Shoemaker, Kyle Toothman, Dennie Thomas II, Harry Thomas III, Rusty Thomas Jr., Josh Thomas, Kristie McCune, Jeffery Cricks, Heather Lavins, Matthew Thomas and Michelle Thomas; several great nieces and nephews, cousins and good friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Wayne Thomas, Harry "Jakie" Thomas, Christopher Thomas and Rusty Thomas; brother-in-law, Carl Toothman.

Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown on Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 4 pm until the 7 pm time of service with Rev. Ray Frankhouser officiating.

Professional and compassionate cremation services will be provided by the Field Funeral Home in honor of Brian's wishes.
