Gregory Ray "Greg" Dillsworth, 52, of Grafton, WV, formerly of Tunnelton, WV, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2025, at WVU Medicine United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV.
He was born on March 31, 1973, in Morgantown, WV, a son of the late, Harry W. Dillsworth and Lucille (Hixenbaugh) Dillsworth.
Greg was a 1991 graduate of Preston High School. He enjoyed fishing and hunting alongside the ones he loved most and traveling all over and sightseeing waterfalls in WV, with his wife, Leah. He loved his blue Chevy Truck, Harley Motorcycle, and kayaking. Above all, what he cherished most was the time he spent with his family.
Greg is survived by his loving wife of 11 years, Leah M. (Spencer) Dillsworth; brother, Roger Dillsworth and fiancé, Cindy Lance; six sisters, Carol Dillsworth, Willavene Farley and husband, Jack, Brenda Kelly and husband, Doug, Mary Street and husband, Gary, Debra Nicholson, and Wanda Street and husband, Roger; several cousins, nephews, and nieces.
In addition to his parents, Greg is preceded in death by five brothers, Ronald Dillsworth, Robert Dillsworth, Eugene Dillsworth, William Dillsworth, Sr., and Leonard Dillsworth, and five sisters, Linda Bolyard, Genevieve Sigley, Joyce Bevers, Wilma Lantz, and Rosalee Williams
Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home on Saturday, August 9, 2025, from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 10, 2025, at 2:00 pm with Rev. Ray Frankhouser officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery.
