Obituary of Suzetta Regina Rehe

Suzetta Regina Rehe, 64, of Reedsville, WV, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at home surrounded by her loving husband and daughter.

 

She was born in Kingwood, WV, on June 4, 1960, a daughter of the late Sunday W. Taylor, Sr. and Patty (Ringer) Taylor.

 

Suzetta was a 1978 graduate from West Preston High School and a 1983 graduate from Morgantown Beauty School. Suzetta was the owner of The Silver Scissors Beauty Shop in Masontown, the proud owner of Bobbie Sue's Ceramics in Kingwood, held various jobs within the healthcare system and retired after 27 years from WVU Medicine. Suzetta served on the board of directors with Jacob's Well House of Prayer. Suzetta loved to craft, specifically making cards with her friends.

 

Suzetta was the best wife, an excellent mom, and a magnificent Nana. Her family was her whole world, and her titles kept growing into something more special.

 

Suzetta is survived by her husband of 46 years, Tim Rehe; daughter, Jackie Bumps and husband, Jesse; two grandchildren, Mady Bumps and Aubry Bumps; brother, Sunday Taylor, Jr.; sister, Anita Albright; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

 

Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown, WV, on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 6:00 – 8:00 pm. A liturgy of resurrection will be held at the St. Zita Catholic Church, 33 Maple Street, Masontown, WV, Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 11:00 am with Rev. William A. Anderson as Presider. The Field Funeral Home will provide compassionate and professional cremation services following the liturgy of resurrection. Inurnment will take place in the Masontown Cemetery at a later date.

 

In lieu of flowers, donations in Suzetta's memory may be made to Jacob's Well House of Prayer, 386 Varner Hollow Road, Salem, WV 26426.
